Our Story
I’m Susan Smith, founder of Pizazz Design. When I started this business over 20 years ago, the web was a very different place. Flash intros, busy graphics, and “cool” design trends ruled the day.
But I quickly saw something most designers missed. Pretty sites weren’t the problem. Confusing messaging was. Coaches and consultants were investing real money in websites that looked professional and did nothing. Visitors landed, couldn’t figure out if the site was for them, and left.
